If you think that going to the gym is the only way to exercise, wait for two minutes. A study has revealed that on average people scroll about 141.9 kilometers on social media every year. This distance is so much that if compared, it is equal to climbing Mount Everest 16 times. The height of Mount Everest is 8,848 meters i.e. about 8.8 kilometers. This means that you scroll as much as climbing Everest 16 times in a year, that too with just your thumb!
