Salman Khan signs new OTT project

Bollywood Bubble has exclusively learnt that Salman Khan has signed a new OTT project for Zee5. A source close to the development revealed, “The OTT platform is growing at a humongous phase. And even Salman believes it’s the right time for him to foray into the digital medium. He is going to be seen in an OTT project which will stream on Zee5. The deal has been signed and the project is expected to release early next year. The project will be in sync with Salman’s stature and one of the biggest OTT releases to have come out of India.”

The source further added that other details of the project including its genre, shoot schedule and whether it’s a film or a series has been kept under wraps. Salman Khan made his OTT debut with the 2020 release Radhe. The Disha Patani and Jackie Shroff co-starrer was to release theatrically but owing to the pandemic, it took the OTT route. This new project will actually be Salman’s first made-for-OTT outing.
