Oppenheimer won big at the 96th Academy Awards with the Chistopher Nolan directorial winning seven awards for the blockbuster biopic, including Best Picture and Best Director. Cillian Murphy and Robert Downey Jr. bagged Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor trophies respectively.
Emma Stone clinched the Best Actress award for her performance as Bella Baxter in Poor Things, beating Lily Gladstone of Killers of the Flower Moon. Gladstone, who would have become the first Native American to get an Oscar.
