The real reason for Paresh leaving the film

Paresh Rawal’s exit from ‘Hera Pheri 3’ did not happen just like that. According to his lawyer, after signing the film, Paresh repeatedly demanded the script, screenplay, and final contract from the production team, but nothing was given to him. Without a concrete plan and documents, Paresh has decided to leave the film.

‘Signed the term sheet on trust’

If the report of ‘Times of India’ is to be believed, Paresh Rawal signed the term sheet of the film in March. This signing happened during the shooting of another film ‘Bhoot Bangla’ and that too without any legal advice. It is being told that Akshay Kumar told Paresh, ‘Have faith, a long contract will be seen later.’ On this personal trust, Paresh signed the term sheet.

Is promotional shooting done forcibly?

Paresh Rawal’s lawyer claims that in April, the actor was asked to shoot a promotional video, till then the script of the film was not even finalized. This shoot was done on the set of ‘Bhoot Bangla’. Paresh tried to postpone it, but citing the promotional deadline of IPL, the shoot was completed.

Paresh returned the signing amount

According to the lawyer, when Paresh Rawal felt that there was no clarity in the project and the plan was incomplete, then he returned the signing amount of Rs 11 lakh, that too with 15% interest. But despite this, Akshay Kumar’s production company ‘Cape of Good Films’ sent him a legal notice.

There is a problem regarding the rights of the franchise
Another twist in this case came when the original producer Firoz Nadiadwala sent a notice to the team that no one has the right to use the ‘Hera Pheri’ brand without him. He has also claimed to have the rights of all the characters and names of the franchise.

Conflict on the legal front
Now the legal battle has intensified from both sides. On one hand, Paresh Rawal’s team is saying that they took every step in the right manner legally, while Akshay’s production house alleges that Paresh damaged the reputation of the franchise.
