As fans eagerly await the release of Tiger 3, starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, the actress took to Instagram to share her experience of working on the actioner.
Sharing a couple of videos of her workout sessions, the actress said the film was about pushing her limits and finding the strength within. She wrote: “Someone once told me, “Pain is just another sensation..Don’t be afraid of it, don’t run from the pain (sic)”.
The actress added that her body was often sore from the intense workout sessions and she was very tired. But during training she created an ‘alter ego’ that would not allow her to get tired. “Your mind will stop you much before your body does,” she wrote.

The film is scheduled to hit the big screens on November 12. The film has already registered stellar numbers in advance bookings with over 1.42 lakh tickets sold so far.
Directed by Maneesh Sharma, the film is a sequel to Tiger Zinda Hai, and the fifth in the YRF spy universe. The film will also star Emraan Hashmi, Ranvir Shorey and Riddhi Dogra in key roles.
One particular scene in the film’s trailer had piqued the interest of fans—a fight sequence inside a steamy Turkish bath (hamam). In this, Katrina’s Zoya is pitted against Michelle Lee. Speaking to Mid Day about the difficult scene, Katrina said Lee and she trained for weeks under the guidance of action director Oh Sea Young. “It was a difficult sequence to shoot because it has hand-to-hand fighting inside a steamy hammam. [Due to the steam], gripping, fending, and landing the punches and kicks was a challenge. I don’t think there has been a fight sequence like this featuring two women on screen in India,” she said.
