Ameesha recently spoke to the media at a press conference and discussed her project. She was, however, criticised for her statement on social media.

‘Gadar’ is a movie that spreads only love and no animosity, according to Ameesha Patel, who made the statement at a press conference in Mumbai. She went on to remark that the movie depicts people of different castes, creeds, and religions. In the story, a Pakistani girl marries a Hindu and continues to practise her faith, while Sunny Deol, as Tara Singh, respected her and embraced her religion.
