Actor Alia Bhatt recently dropped a vlog on her YouTube channel where she revealed the personal hustle she did after pregnancy for RARKPK. In the video, Alia revealed Tum Kya Mile song was the first thing she shot post her delivery. Alia Bhatt also mentioned that she had to come back to shape within 6 weeks of delivery for Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.
As she spoke about her working out postpartum, she also gave glimpses of her gym sessions. She was heard saying, “This was basically the first thing that I was shooting after giving birth. I had to go back to Rani shape and I had four months to prep. So, we have two weeks till we shoot our song for Rocky or Rani. I was able to only start working out after six weeks postpartum and we started off very slow. We had a very large goal to reach but we had to do it safely. Two weeks to go and we’re going to work really hard today.”
In fact, earlier, the Gangubai Kathiawadi actor conducted a Q&A session on Instagram. There she spoke about the time when she went back to work post delivery.
Alia wrote, “This was from the last day of shoot. I look tired but satisfied! Going back to work as a new mom in any profession will never be easy. You feel various emotions all at once not to mention the major physical difference in ur energy. But I am very grateful & feel very privileged and supported by a team and crew that was understanding. I feel for new mothers everywhere, especially those who have to resume work immediately Postpartum cause it’s never easy. Vaibhavi mam would try plan her shots according to my nursing schedule. And my mom sister were babysitting whenever I was away!!! But it was my baby girls first trip to Kashmir and seeing the mountains through her eyes was just everything.”

Alia welcomed her first daughter Raha Kapoor in November 2022. She is gearing up for the release of Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. The movie is scheduled to release on July 28.
