After Gully Boy, Ranveer Singh, and Alia Bhatt have reunited for Karan Johar’s next directorial. They will be sharing screen space in Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. As the film inches close to release, the team is currently on a promotion spree.
For the promotional campaign, the makers planned a five-city tour, and the first stop was Vadodara, Gujarat. After a successful promotional event in Gujarat, the actors reached Delhi.
Apart from acting, Alia Bhatt’s liking for singing is quite well-known. She earlier mesmerized us by crooning beautiful cover versions of Ikk Kudi & Samjhawan. And now, from an event in Delhi, a video is doing rounds on the internet where we see Alia Bhatt unleashing her rapping skills, and Ranveer Singh is helping her. The two jammed on their popular track ‘What Jhumka’ and we just can’t stop gushing over them.
Well, for those unaware, this is not the first time Alia Bhatt has tried her hands on rapping. The actress had earlier performed live at the IIFA Awards in 2017, where she was brutally roasted for her rap of Badshah’s Ladki Beautiful Kar Gayi Chull song.
Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh will be launching their new song ‘Ve Kamleya’ from ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani’ in Delhi. The makers of the film shared the song poster on Monday. The song will be the third track from the film after ‘Tum Kya Mile’ and ‘What Jhumka.’
Rocky Aur Rani kii Prem Kahaani also stars veteran actors Shabana Azmi, Jaya Bachchan and Dharmendra in pivotal roles. Directed by Karan Johar, the flick is all set to hit the theatres on 28 July 2023. Touted to be one of the major highlights of the film, the chartbuster music and original score is composed by Pritam.
