Abhishek Bachchan is currently in Abu Dhabi all set to take over the stage at IIFA 2023 as the host. The actor has a witty sense of humour, a very smart and charming personality and that just makes him perfect for this role. On Thursday, the IIFA extravaganza began with a press conference. Post that, Abhishek Bachchan got in an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Bubble.

In our sweet conversation, Abhishek was asked if there is any dream role that he is yet to do. The talented actor answered in the negatory, and he even explained the reason behind it. That attitude towards that question is actually because of Shah Rukh Khan.
Explaining how, Abhishek shared, “My dear friend Shah Rukh told me before I became an actor because I asked him the same question. I said like what is your favourite dream role? And he said the one I am doing right now, and that should be your answer every time you are asked that question. Because if the film you are doing at that point of time isn’t your dream role, then why are you doing that film?”
Abhishek also raved about the content being made at the current point of time. He pointed out that there are many projects that he has been wanting to see from last year but hasn’t been able to yet. The actor even had an interesting answer when asked which actor he wants to work with next. He quipped, “Any actor who wants to work with me, I am looking forward to working with them. There is some wonderful talent out there and I want to work with all of them.”
Last year, Abhishek gave an impressive performance in the social comedy Dasvi. He has also recieved a nomination in the Best Actor category at IIFA for that. This year, he was seen as a surprise in the end credits of Ajay Devgn’s Bholaa. He will hopefully be seen as the antagonist in the film’s sequel. As for IIFA, Abhishek will be co-hosting the main event with his Manmarziyaan co-star Vicky Kaushal.
